Heard on the old grape vine Gary Hunter is leaving?!

Being released, apparently, to free up funds for new players. I hope these players prove good enough because it feels like a crazy decision and huge gamble to me.

A good decision IF the money is used wisely, but if the quality of players coming in are the standard signed during midweek then I'm afraid for the clubs future in this league, Barney Morris decent Sunday youth league player but not up to this standard I'm afraid, not as good as any player already at the club.

Good luck to Gary in whatever he does next,I was lucky enough to be involved when Gary arrived at the club is professionalism was there to see right from the start,He was never happy to be second best thought is first season with us was is best,We have to look forward now and I for one know Phil will get it right,there will be e few ins and outs over the next couple of months but there is no one in our league who as unearthed so much talent as Phil.

Have you seen him play ? A bit unfair me thinks. I remember people questioning us signing Alex Kenyon, Danny Hattersley and Joe Bunney from Myerscough and they've done quite well for themselves.

Yes I've seen him play a lot, decent player but no better than anybody there but hope he proves me wrong, he's only 18 so do'nt expect miracles

I've also hear Reece Pearce may be leaving, anybody else heard anything ??

I'm disappointed to see Garry leave, it's going to be a transitional period now, we won't make playoffs this season but Phil does have a chance for a big rebuild. Only thing I'd say is we need to mix any young Myerscough lads with some experience at this level.
