What has happened to Riggers, then? (As a non-executive director I might be expected to know the answer to that. Dream on!!)

I presume somebody knows--maybe even Riggers himself?--but we great grey unwashed supporters remain in the dark.  

There is mention of this in the Guardian....but no reason given for Riggers' departure.

Riggers stepped down shortly after the end of last season for his own reasons. Don't know what they are.

Ian Hughes has a good rep in local football and is coming off a double winning season with Carnforth so the reserves will be in good hands.
