At least things off the field aren't as bad as we all first feared!

Do we really know things off the field aren't as bad as we first feared? I'm still unsure whether Ian Sharpe has really resigned and if so why the only report I could find about it was in the LG - given everything he has done for the Club, and I, amongst others, dug trenches with him for the new cabling for the floodlights in the recent past, I should have thought some sort of official statement would have been in order and the least he was due, surely it's only common courtesy. In the same area, can we assume that the two Directors who were considering their positions have now done so and are still with us - if I have missed something I apologise but if not where is the openness and information the officials indicated was the way forward at the last meeting at Squires. Can somebody enlighten me please?
