Better side yesterday but lost 3-1. Genuinely.

Sucker punch right on half time and then a cheap set piece just after. Compounded by a keeper red card and a deflection and goal from the resulting free kick.

However, should’ve scored before their first two.

Best performance I’ve seen go unrewarded in a long time.

Good to hear that we played alright given such a disappointing scoreline. I doubt that MF will admit defeat until it's mathematically impossible for us to get into the playoffs,but I think the league season is over and done with. Our lack of goals is killing us,but everyone wants a goalscorer & almost everyone can pay one a lot more than we can. Have to hope that Shields & A N Other go up, making it a bit more of an even playing field next time round.
Good to see us doing our own commentary, certainly a step in the right direction. Hopefully the new people in charge will continue & expand the recent publicity friendly attitude

Have to agree about the playoffs. MF was targeting 65 points, but I think we would probably need 70 to guarantee a top five finish. That would require 9 wins and a draw from our last 10 games. With our scoring record, that's a very tall order. I did enjoy listening to the commentary though.
