I'm not bringing religion into this discussion. My point is that what might appear to you as banter could be deeply offensive to someone else. Do the people chanting whatever it is have any awareness of the effect it may have on others? It's all part of being a sympathetic human being and surely what distinguishes us from the more antisocial elements of society.

I am not easily offended, but some, no most, of the 'singing' is in bad taste.

It wasn't banter when it was being sung after the Darlington game was it? When families were watching all that bullshit that went on on the outside playing field.
And so long as the flags don't say anything like LCFC plan to kill people's mums and dads then they're fine. LCFC do not plan to do anything like that. Do not sing that we do. Please be aware of who you're representing at the end of it all.
What happened to non-league? Can't be arsed with all these football league style chants and aggro aimed at opposition. It's not non-league and shouldn't be anywhere near our football club.

Football league style chants? It's football not church I didn't hear what was being sung at the darlo game or see what happened outside but have heard that a darlo fan tripped up a lcfc fan who has a dodgy knee and escalated from there but such is life

If you sum up incidents like that as "such is life" it's a sad reflection on life. Rightly or wrongly, we have been involved in several incidents of trouble at matches and City "supporters" seem to be gaining a bad reputation. Is this what we want for our club? I've been a supporter for nearly 60 years and only in the last few years have I started to feel uneasy at some games. Singing and backing the team is fine as long as it doesn't lead to confrontation.

Since moving back here from the Philippines 4 years ago I have not witnessed anything please inform me what incidents have been. Happening in last few years that are giving the club a bad rep?

Fighting with Halifax fans in an F.A.Cup game about 4 years ago, then more fighting at Radcliffe a couple of years ago, both of which I witnessed.
Then this season, whatever went on after the Darlington game, and a recent allegation of a racist remark made to a Droylsden player at the end of the Trophy game at the Axe. Is that enough for you?
