Two cracking goals. Otherwise rather poor, but even the best teams sometimes win ugly. Up to third with games in hand! Very Happy

Safe to say, a good side, nay a side that could shoot, would have punished us last night but never easy losing two defenders at half-time. Sumner looks a super signing and Connie is in the zone right now. What did he get in 2009/10 ...38 or something like that ? Any takers ? Don't know about the injury situation but selection could be interesting Saturday.

Spot on, SLP; Conny got 38 in 2009/10 - 29 in the League, and 9 in the various cups. And it's fair to say that had he kept his form to the end of the season it would doubtless have been more (with probably a better end of season result for the Club than we actually got). He scored two in the league fixture at Chorley on Feb 20th, and managed only 3 more to the end of the season - one at Clitheroe and two at Rossendale
