Seeing as we only pay those who play...so long as they're all on the same rate   

I doubt very much that we are going to be able to keep quality players if they arent playing week in week out (& so not getting paid) & personally I dont think that we want to risk losing the likes of Ryan Winder & Billy Akrigg. Local lads like them currently form the spine of our squad & represent the future of the club. We arent (unless the elusive sugar daddy appears out of thin air........or more people join the Fans' Fund...nudge,nudge,wink,wink,hint.hint) going to be able to pay big wages so surely bringing on young local lads is the way forward?
