Boxing Day Derby v Kendal

He rings you when you're sleeping
He rings when you're awake
He'll ring your home and mobile phone
And he doesn't need 7 days
You better watch out, you better not cry
You better not pout, I'm telling you why
S*********** is tapping you up
No lawsuits please Hopefully a big crowd for this one. COYDB!

Jonny,
Love it !!!!!!!!!!!
But how long do you think Sxxxxgfxxxxx has left ? Liam Caddick's hatrick for Burscough at Mintcake today has to be some sort of record (3 goals in 276 seconds from kick off, I believe) and won't do a big spending, well resourced Manager any favours at all.

Brilliant Jonny. Is there any chance we can learn the words in time do you think?

Atmosphere in the second half was worth going alone Good craic despite the result.
Brilliant strike from Gav. He'll be getting the phone calls after that one!

It really isn't good enough though, is it? Yet again, a complete no show in the first half, then a fight back involving a brilliant goal, then giving it away at the end. Kendal were yet another mediocre side, and we yet again fell short. We have now lost our last four home league games, all of them eminently winnable. The fans were great today, but patience must be wearing a bit thin.

Taylor limped off as well which looked a bad knock. The passing and hold-up play in that first-half was up there with the worst for a long time. Thankfully we improved after the break and showed some balls to fight back against, as people have said, an average Kendal side. But what does that make us now, 15th in the table after missing out on the play-offs by a whisker last term. I know we've had our injuries but we never seem to sign anyone. Matty Poole - should have scored in the last two games and that lad from Clitheroe who's joined the walking wounded. That's about it. The whispers around the place are do Messrs Peacock and Sinclair know the right contacts to sign players ?

I was wondering how many penalties we'd conceded this season so I looked on the league website and it turns out we've given away 8 at least, not including any saved. That seems excessive to me and indicative of our defensive weaknesses. We certainly haven't earned anything like that number.

Credit to the referee, by the way, for his remarkable show of the Christmas spirit in only lecturing Marshy and Mercer after their spate of handbags. I was expecting red cards, which we (and no doubt they) certainly can't afford. Thanks Ref.

lets try and have the same atmosphere week in week out from start of match to the finish it can only spur the players on when the fans are behind them
