Perhaps the Shed end could be re-named 'The Neil Marshall Stand' in his honour.

So sad and shocked to hear the news of Marshy's passing. Been watching him since he started out at left back and matured into a commanding centre half and leader. Will be sadly missed by all. A true City legend. RIP.

Jonny and I were discussing something along those lines. There's going to be done tears in every part of the ground next Tuesday, if the game goes ahead.

Marshy is gonna be missed. Like a lot of people on here I remember when he joined as a young lad; Stimmo said he was a blue...... and a blue legend he became.
I also remember Elderton (or was it Ubes) stepping in to prevent him getting in a round with me on a night out.
Great bloke gonna be missed by us all, but particularly by his wife and kids.

All gate receipts will be donated to the Neil Marshall Memorial Fund. There will be a tribute and minute's applause before the game.
Hopefully Giant Axe is packed and we can make Marshy proud!
