It would appear that there has been work ongoing at the ground. As a member of the s/c committee I am not aware of any notification being given to or requests for help from supporters. Seems a little strange.
Congratulations well done & thank you for your efforts to those who have participated. While most of us maybe would not have had the time to do quite as much, I'm sure that if a work-day had been organised & publicised  we my have been able to do a little.

I played 75 mins of 8-a-side last Tuesday when it was 30+ degrees in the heatwave lark. It was pretty tortuous and the game was slow paced and awful because everyone was being cooked alive.

It's a firm no for me. Football isn't a summer sport!
