Fans' Fund

I spoke this last week to vice-chairman Mark Knight while sorting out November's Fans' Fund contribution to the club. Mark (& other board members too) has often stated just how much the money that we, as a group of supporters give to the club is appreciated. It means a great deal, not just the obvious financial assistance that this money gives to the directors, but also as a reminder of just how important the club & its well-being is to so many people. The club would like to make a gesture of their appreciation to all the people that contribute to the FF. This will take the form of two tokens that can be used any time between Christmas 2014 & the end of the 22014/15 season. These tokens will be redeemable against either a pint in the netbusters bar, or pie & chips from Dolly's diner. The drinkers among you will be happy to know that it will be possible to use both tokens each for a pint, while the fuller-figured of us will be able to have pie & chips twice. I guess anyone looking for a balanced diet could perhaps have a pint in one hand & pie & chips in the other? Once I find someone more technologically adept than myself (any volunteers out there?) I will get the tokens produced & circulated. I will let you know when I have produced the tokens & it would be greatly appreciated if you could then, at all possible get in touch with myself to arrange their collection/delivery. There are still two people contributing to the FF that I am not 100% certain of their identities, so once the tokens are ready please get in touch to make sure that you get yours
