Haven't got the answer to this one, but had a look through the LEAGUE results since we joined this league in 2007 and came up with the following 3 possibilities:-
11/10/2008:- We won 3-2 at Bamber Bridge. We were 1-0 down at half time, so MAY have been 2-0 down.
24/10/2009: We won 3-2 at Garforth Town and were 2-1 down at half time, but, despite being at the match, can't remember whether we were 2-0 down (my records only indicate half and full time).
and finally, 15/01/2011: We beat Garforth Town 5-2 at the Giant Axe and at half time were 3-2 up, so it's a possibility that we were two goals behind.
Over to someone with a better memory!

Can't comment on Brig.
Garforth #1 we were 1 up, 2-1 down and won 3-2.
Garforth #2 we were 2-0 up.

The game v Brig - we were indeed 1-0 down at HT {Alex Porter} but scored twice just after the break through Guy Heffernan and Dodge, They equalised through a certain Danny Mahoney before the magical left wand of Aaron Helliwell won it in the 88th minute. If memory serves me right, Porter went on to play 3 or 4 games for us later in his career,
Team was - Thornley,Uberschar,Elderton,Marshall,Stringfellow,Reid,Dodgson,Haddow,Heffernan,Foster and Jackson. SUBS - Helliwell,Entwistle,Gierke,Greenwood and Price.

Was that the match in which Stuart Howson was sent off for upending Fozzy when the latter was through on goal? (Or was that the season before, or even after?)sparrows left peg wrote:The game v Brig - we were indeed 1-0 down at HT {Alex Porter} but scored twice just after the break through Guy Heffernan and Dodge, They equalised through a certain Danny Mahoney before the magical left wand of Aaron Helliwell won it in the 88th minute. Forgive me if this post is in the wrong place - probably ought to be in "Where are they now?", but the business colleague I was with in London this afternoon was at Walton Casuals game against Guernsey on Tuesday night, and was treated to RZB in his pomp. Good to hear he's recovered from his serious leg break last season.
