2014/15 Season
8/6/2014, 12:01
Darlington and Spennymoor Utd have been splashing cash and spending like no tomorrow, and now Salford City have started doing the same. They've signed about 10 players from the two leagues above. They are obviously joined by Warrington Town in the needlessly big budget pile.
Seems getting into the playoffs will be even harder this season Especially as Northwich under Jim Gannon looked pretty unstoppable in the second half of last season and Bamber Bridge almost going the distance. Kendal seem to have found a bit of money too, but I'm not too worried about them.
Looking forward to the season though. Hopefully we can sneak into the playoffs. At the very least, a good cup run in just one of the many cups would be nice! A decent FA Cup draw would be nice as well.

Oh dear. It seems like we might as well just skip next season and look forward to 2015-6LFC-LCFC wrote:Darlington and Spennymoor Utd have been splashing cash and spending like no tomorrow, and now Salford City have started doing the same. Bamber Bridge seemed to come out of nowhere so I wouldn't say it's over before it's begun. Having said that, we were on about grabbing 2nd place by the end of March and ended up 6th.
