Well at least we've drawn the last two games on aggregate.....
A good test now of Mr. Peacock's motivational powers.

Good craic on the coach
Don't know what happened in between. Bring on the Salford! DPBWA
edit: three first choice defenders out didn't help...we weren't actually that bad going forward

Since I wasn't there last night but saw the demolition of New Mills on Saturday, can anyone explain how a team can go from the sublime to the ridiculous in the space of three days, even allowing for the absence of three of the regular back four? Incidentally, we were without two of the normal back four on Saturday but kept a clean sheet, so what went wrong last night?

We gave their very nippy wingers the freedom of the pitch with some poor defending. Having said that, I would defy any side in our league to have lived with Rammy last night. They were far better than any side I have seen this season. Allegedly, during their poor start to the season, they had several players absent who have now returned. It was a re-run of our 5-0 home defeat last season, our record against them being F0 A13 in 3 games. Apparently, DP went ballistic in the dressing room after the game, analysing every player's performance, with nothing spared. Mike Hale our best player on the night, which speaks volumes.
