Good first half-could have gone in four up. Oddly against the wind. Stafford were much better in the second half but we managed to keep them at bay until the 85th minute then it was nail-biting for nine or ten minutes-thoughts of here we go again from last season when we let in a few late goals.

The team Mark Fell put out looked the part and the bench didn't have any weak links on it.

An encouraging start to the season  Hopefully we can get something out of Tuesdays away day.

Well it’s better than 4-0 away loss at Matlock 12 months ago. Certainly some rapid progress since then! These next two away games look on paper very tricky, I’ll next see them on bank holiday Monday

Of a crowd of 362. how many did Stafford bring (roughly!)? Were there over 300 Dollies? With Overlune at home too? If so, that's a significant increase in our home support!

Can’t imagine they travelled with more than 60. Credit to the management who went into town in the morning according to social media and drummed up some support - can they do it every week?
