Not much to say really. We were the better side throughout but couldn't find the net until Williams scored a cracker right at the end. Up until then the game had 0-0 written all over it. Mickleover were really poor but frankly we weren't much better. Solid defensively as usual but still lacking bite up front
Non league paper seemed to think it was a good game but I disagree. Still, three points is three points.

From the team sheet Eric posted on fb there wasn't a recognised striker in the matchday swuad which may explain why we struggled to score.
Looked like few changes to the starting 11 including Chris Cheetham in goal

Looked like a 4-5-1 formation looking at the team sheet. I know Killer was unavailable due to work commitments but he's not really been given a chance anyway. Hannu also unavailable as was young Mayers which leaves us incredibly short up top. Maybe a player coming in, in the new year, it'll be interesting to see. Still a great result. Still no news on Meulensteen, and now Fensome who both seem to have disappeared completely with no word from either club.

Fensome signed for another month but hasn't played since so I'm guessing that they've both gone back.

Getting like the old days when information between the club and its fans were non-existent

Leon Creech who came on as sub against Mickleover is a Preston youth player who plays right full back/midfield so has presumably taken the place of Fensome.
