Spenny Empty Spenny

Great (unexpected by me at least) point today away at Spenny. I wasn't there but the twit seemed pretty positive about our performance. Lets hope that we can carry this attitude forward & pull out some more good performances/results! #PJBBWA

Another draw that should have been a win by all accounts but I think most of us would have taken a point at the start. Looking at the next few games, we could certainly go on a run and pick up a fair few points. Onwards and upwards.

I suppose it's a result we would have taken at three o'clock but have ended up a little disappointed!

A few weeks ago someone (was it you TC?) listed the games where we dropped late points and reckoned we would have been just about in the play off zone had we held on. As a matter of interest I wonder where we'd be if games only lasted 85 minutes?

On the credit side, we came back to pinch at point at Brighouse in about the 93rd minute.

Still feel gutted we didn't win that. Best performance I've seen in a long time against one of the playoff contenders.

Could have won 2/3-0...ended up 1-1. Huge progress though. Gregory was superb on the right wing.

Bring on Boxing Day!

Some VERY one way highlights (only shows our goal), but highlights none the less.

From viewing the highlights I would suggest that the referee deserves credit for playing an excellent advantage in the build up to our goal. The Mossley ref was dreadful, but generally the officials are far better than they are given credit for.

Perhaps a keeping error for theirs.

Yeah, I wondered about that, but wasn't sure of my own judgement.
