Wrote to Rob Henry to wish him all the best. Had a text back in which he describes City as "a truly top club made up of fantastic people". Good to see there are no hard feelings over his departure after being left out.

..and the two players whose wages we couldn't afford, Teaguey and Jarvo, both scored as Chorley cruised to their Lancs Cup Final win over Broomsticks.

Who cares where these ex-Dollies are now that they have left the club? They are not Dollies any more and as such, should be given short shrift.  Obviously the exceptions to this will be the few who have left to 'really better' themselves, and not just for a financial improvement.  Essentially, I admire Neil Marshall, a Lancaster lad, who could have moved but chose to stay, out of loyalty to his home city.  As a fellow Lancaster inhabitant and supporter Neil, I thank, support and admire you.

Well it's a forum for football interest and discussion, and this thread has now extended to 31 pages so it seems like quite a number of people care.

Every City fan will agree with your comments about Marshall.

Without a doubt this is the most popular post on this site. However, I feel that too many posts have been made to promote the fact that the posters are "knowledgeable" about non-league football rather than they care about the Dolly Blues. Call me a cynic, but do Liverpool fans celebrate or care about the 'success and movement' of Suarez when leaving Anfield? Yes everybody knew about his transfer, but we don't want to hear about it or discuss his or anybody else's transfer on the Dolly Blue Forum. This is my opinion on this post and people will still list details of where ex-Dollies are even though it's of little interest.
