Ladies season underway.

Just got in from the very competitive first league match of the season. Despite the defeat (3-2) it was a good performance, both sides were evenly matched and a draw would have been a fair result but football isn't necessarily fair, I'm sure if the score had been the other way round Galgate would have been gutted just as I imagine the girls are right now.
The half full story here girls is you've come a long way in a short period of time and your performance should spur you on to bigger and better efforts in the coming games, all things being equal the return game at Galgate isn't too far off which means you won't have to wait long to have a chance of avenging this defeat - good luck next week @ Cherry Tree.
