Penrith game

A tough test this one. They drew 3-3 with Kendal, despite the mighty Sam Bailey playing as a centre midfielder for the prison bars.

Better side, just poor finishing and final third decision making letting us down again. Should have been 2-0 up at half up.
No Taylor or Winder, both on holiday, and Matty Poole was out with a knock so was a bit of a patch up side. Reece Pearce needs to be far more positive on the ball, and just on the pitch in general for me.
One save for Hale to make, coupled with one or two iffy defensive moments. Impressive from Stringy's side to concede three. 1-0 wins over 3-3 draws every time.

Little creativity without Winder (or Bailey), though Killer looked quite good in the first half. It was kind of their no. 2 to score for us - superbly taken, the one high-class moment of the match - we had long run out of steam by then and could have gone on for hours without any of our side getting near scoring. Spanish lad looked a bit lost, not surprisingly, and went further and further back throughout his time on the pitch.
