Agree, a defender would have been a better option, but he adds to the striking potential, if he can find form. Hard to to see which one to leave out. Connie being an automatic choice and rightly so and Louis plays well with Jordan up alongside him. Young Charlie Waters has promise but isn't the finished article by any means, though he was excellent against Mossley. Unless there is someone leaving I don't know about. Still room for a defender though unless Ricky is near a return.

Going to be interesting to see how Tom is fitted into the side. If we've signed him surely he's got to play, otherwise what's the point?

A striker and a centre half would be the ultimate double signing. A good morale boost before the Scarborough game
