How's it looking for tomorrow? Do I book my train from the relative calm of the Midlands or will I be faced with Storm Gertrude or whatever the next deluge will be called?

Pitch was fine this morning, so say the groundstaff. If it survived yesterday's rain it should be fine tomorrow after a largely dry day today!

They are 7 points ahead of us, with a game in hand. This afternoon should be a good test of if/what progress we have made.

Very good performance today against what was at the start of the day a top 8 side openly aiming for the playoffs.
Think with a little bit more composure in front of goal we could have scored 4 or 5 today. Very enjoyable game and great atmosphere in the Shed

The first two goals were both top-draw .Brighouse looked like a good side & for the first 20 minutes or so I thought we could be looking at a pasting but we came back into it very well. In fact from the point we equalised I thought we were the better side.
Should've scored more but we looked pretty secure at the back for the most part (I did expect us to concede late on with my Lancaster supporting experience though)
Good crowd & a good atmosphere well done everyone

Good performace in second half attacking the Conmac End and good noise from the Shed!
Only 8pts off the playoffs.

What a daft anomaly in the Laws of the game. Killer is fouled, his opponent is cautioned, but it is Killer who has to leave the field, so that we have ten men for the free kick whilst they have eleven. Who is being penalised? Surely the referee , who overall had a very good game, could have exercised some discretion there?
Very encouraging performance from the lads.

really good to see the football we are playing,Not sure about the play offs but I think if we can keep all these players for next season then with just one or two experienced players we will be very close to being a top three team, seems the feel good factor is back at the axe, good to see a decent crowd on today long may it continue.
