Last time I went there on Boxing Day ( although it may have been NYD 😂) we lost 6 1

Well another Christmas game without any luck!

I think we deserved a point at least after missing a couple of reasonable chances late in the game. They were cuter than us in game management. Once they were a goal up they stretched every free kick to at least a minute and one injury lasted a full five minutes knowing the referee would only add a maximum five minutes at the end..

The loaned forward from Chorley took the first half to settle in then looked a handful till substituted.


Anyway onwards and upwards for Saturday.

They looked so comfortable on the ball, it was brilliant and frustrating.

A point wouldn’t have been unfair.

I said weeks ago I’d take 0-0 at Bamber bridge 😂

Gonna have to go unbeaten for 2 months to have a shout at the playoffs.

Still in the LFA though. Midtable would be no failure

Have to agree about the playoffs. We probably need around 40 points from the remaining 19 games. That's a tall order.
